Tiny Redo

This 540 sqft tiny home lived on a non-conforming tiny lot which required that any improvements be limited to a remodel of the existing structure. In collaboration with Thoughtbarn, we maximized this tiny house by reconfiguring the layout and raising the ceiling. The home was taken all the way down to the studs, lifted to replace the crumbling foundation, and clad in metal shingles to create an iridescent gem on this pocket-sized lot. The result was a compact, yet airy and comfortable tiny home in the heart of Austin’s vibrant Eastside neighborhood.
