Austin Quads

In collaboration with TB/DS, these two adjacent multi-family properties were developed to renovate existing historic two-unit homes and add two-unit, two-story additions toward the back alley. This project required extensive review with the City of Austin’s Historic Commission and the active neighborhood association. Through that process, we created timeless additions that complimented the historic buildings and provided additional dwellings in a sought-after neighborhood.
